At Head Energy, we take all forms of misconduct seriously and place strong emphasis on ethical business practices.

Whistleblowing refers to employees or partners reporting unacceptable conduct within the organisation, such as financial irregularities, breaches of laws or regulations, harassment, or other ethical violations.
The purpose of our whistleblowing procedure is to ensure a clear, secure, and reliable process for reporting such concerns. This supports integrity and transparency and strengthens our commitment to sustainability and responsible business conduct.

If you become aware of any misconduct at Head Energy, we encourage you to report it to individuals who are in a position to act. Our goal is to resolve matters at the lowest possible level. Reports can be made to your immediate manager, employee representative, safety representative, HR, or via the whistleblowing portal in Simployer One if you are an employee.
